Zirje

Zirje was once a strategic Byzantine stronghold, but now it offers sailors the rare luxury of true solitude. With its rugged coastline and aromatic Mediterranean macchia, the island is a favorite for those seeking the Adriatic as it once was. The southern bays, like Stupica Vela, provide some of the most scenic and protected anchoring spots in the region.

Recommended restaurants: Konoba Koromasna, Tratinska

Berthing possibilities: Muna or Stupica Vela: a deep, well-sheltered bay with crystal-clear water. Buoys are available, but if anchoring, ensure you have plenty of chain as the depths can drop quickly toward the mouth of the bay.

Skradin

In the loud morning silence that gets under your skin and the stentorian traditional folk klapa singing that touches your heart.

In the peace and quiet of the Visovac monastery and the burst of water drops of the Skradinski Buk waterfall. In each moment of enjoyment of food which has skillfully managed to escape both fridges and freezers which would rob it of its natural aromas and has arrived thoroughly fresh at your table. Such is Skradin, small, picturesque and filled with flavor, found at a point where the river passionately embraces the sea.

Such is Skradin, at the border of reality and fantasy. Such is Skradin, perfect, both in past and present.
