Filip Oštrić
Skipper
Filip is a highly experienced skipper with over 50,000 nm under his belt. He has delivered many yachts in Europe and across the Atlantic.
His exceptional seamanship and ability to navigate challenging conditions guarantee safety and comfort of every guest on board.
Although Filip has a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business, and has worked in finance and accounting for several years, he found his calling at sea.
His maritime education includes a Yachtmaster B (up to 500GT), RYA Yachtmaster Ocean Shorebased and an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification. Filip combines his strong analytical skills with hands-on maritime experience.
Fluent in Croatian, English, Italian, and German, with knowledge of Swedish and Spanish, he effortlessly communicates with diverse crews and clients. His skill, professionalism, and passion for sailing make him a fantastic skipper for any yachting adventure aboard the Reality in Croatia.
